Returns
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for most items. Items must be unused, and in their original condition and packaging.
Free Returns
We offer free returns on all eligible items. To start a return, email us at [your email address] with your order number. We'll send you a prepaid return label and instructions.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the handmade nature of our products, the following cannot be returned:

Final sale or clearance items (as marked at purchase)
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll make it right.
Exchanges
We don’t offer direct exchanges at this time. Please return the item and place a new order if needed.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll issue a refund to your original payment method. Refunds are typically processed within 5–7 business days.
